Refund & Withdrawal Terms
APC payment is only required after a manuscript passes peer review and is officially accepted by the Editorial Board. No charges apply to rejected papers.
Because digital typesetting, certificate creation, JATS XML generation, and server archiving occur immediately upon payment receipt, refunds cannot be issued for manuscripts withdrawn after production commences.
