Official Manuscript Templates
Manuscript Structure Rules
Manuscripts should be compiled in a single column or standard double-column layout as provided in our templates. Every paper must strictly follow these structural orders:
- Title Page: Precise title, full author names, institutional affiliations, and the email of the corresponding author.
- Abstract Summary: A single paragraph between 150 and 250 words outlining research goals, methodology, major results, and concrete conclusions. Do not include citation numbers or references in abstracts.
- Keywords: Provide 4 to 6 descriptive search index tags.
- Introduction: Outline research context, problem definitions, literature reviews, and paper contributions.
- Methodology: Detailed descriptions of mathematical formulations, models, algorithms, and experimental designs.
- Results & Discussions: Compare outcomes with baselines, discuss exceptions, and provide numerical errors.
- Conclusions: Highlight practical limitations and future research scope.
- References: Assign bracketed citations (e.g. [1]) in order of appearance, following the standard IEEE referencing style.
Figures & Tables Layout
Figures must be saved with resolutions above 300 DPI in SVG, TIFF, or PNG. Reference all figures in chronological order (e.g. Figure 1). Tables should be embedded inside text, utilizing clean grid lines and bold headings.
Supplementary Materials
Authors are encouraged to submit experimental data sheets, configuration telemetry, or code repositories. Link these datasets in the submission form for reviewer audit.
