Research Reproducibility

Data Availability & Reproducibility Policy

Promoting open science through verifiable datasets, reproducible code, and comprehensive research transparency.

1. Mandatory Data Availability Statement

Every research manuscript submitted to AJETAS must include a dedicated "Data Availability Statement" preceding the reference list. Authors must specify whether the underlying experimental datasets, raw figures, and analytical outputs are:

  • Publicly accessible via a permanent DOI repository (e.g., Zenodo, Figshare, Dryad, IEEE DataPort).
  • Included within the article’s supplementary material files.
  • Available from the corresponding author upon reasonable academic request.
  • Restricted due to third-party proprietary, legal, or ethical privacy constraints.

2. Code and Algorithm Sharing

For computational and software engineering manuscripts, authors are strongly encouraged to deposit reproducible simulation scripts, source code, neural network model weights, and benchmark configurations in public version control repositories (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Code Ocean) with a persistent archiving DOI.
